What services do you offer?
Custom on-site crating for fine art, antiques and high-value pieces; fine art and heavy mirror installation including tall stairwells; TV mounting and removal with in-wall wire concealment; home gym and fitness equipment assembly; and pool table and heavy furniture assembly and relocation. We do not do plumbing, electrical or home renovation work. If you have something that is not on the list, ask and we will tell you straight whether it is in our wheelhouse.
Where are your reviews?
All of them are on Google. For most of our first five years, around 98% of our work came through national third-party companies who subcontract to us, and under those agreements we could not promote the work or ask for reviews. Those companies vet their providers hard and send us the jobs they cannot risk going wrong, which is a good sign even if it left our Google count low. In February 2025 we started taking our own leads directly, so the reviews are building now.
Are your technicians insured?
Yes. We are fully insured.
How precise is your TV mounting?
We run a laser level on every mount and hold the set to within a sixteenth of an inch. It is the detail customers mention most in our reviews.
Do you offer both assembly and disassembly?
Yes, both directions. We break furniture and exercise equipment down for a move and set it back up at the other end.
Do I need to provide tools?
No. Our team brings all the tools and equipment. The one thing you supply is the TV wall mount, because the right mount depends on your set and your wall.
Do you serve both South Carolina and North Carolina?
Yes. We are based in Gaffney, SC and regularly work Spartanburg and Greenville in South Carolina and the Charlotte metro in North Carolina. Crossing the state line is routine for us.
Can you handle a piano or a grandfather clock?
Yes. For pianos we lock the keys, disassemble as needed and can crate the instrument to protect it. For grandfather clocks we remove and pack the internals, stabilize the movement and secure every component before anything moves.
